Refund Policy
To request a return please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@clarice.store or WhatsApp us on +97466874319. Kindly inform our team of the item you want to return, followed by the Order ID number. The Order ID number is available in the order confirmation email. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that Clarice does not offer exchanges or free returns at the moment. You will be responsible for the shipping fees, handling and logistics, and customs duties charges for the return.
Once we approve your return request and send you the return shipping label, you must ship the item back to us within 72 hours.
Please ensure that the item to be returned has its tag on and is in the original condition it was sent in. It should also be returned in its original packaging. When returning a product, place the unused items(s) back in the original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected. Failure to do so may result in non-acceptance of your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be advised that loose ends and tiny, slight stains will not be considered as quality issues.
If one of your products is damaged or the items delivered do not correspond to your order, please contact our service center directly within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any item not returned or returned incomplete, spoiled, broken, damaged, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that it has been used or worn, will not be refunded.
Similarly, personalized items produced according to and/or at the request of the customer, or products that have been altered, as well as sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take around 14 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
